---I saw G. Patrick Flanagan give a talk at a Whole Life Expo. He stated if one holds his/her breath as long as he possibly can, and go beyond that...that that will increase the bloodflow to the brain. Anyone who does this exercise twice per day, or so...will NEVER get Alzheimers Disease.
